This is why it is important that we continue to provide comprehensive health benefits starting on day 1 of employment (including mental health benefits) and 6 weeks of PTO to allow Loopers the time and opportunity to recharge and take care of themselves. If this is something that is affecting your personally, I encourage you to connect with your People Partner or Manager for additional support if needed. I am sorry to hear that you feel like our leadership is not aligned. We have hired a CPO and CRO this year to drive a lot more cross functional alignment across our teams. We have also placed a lot of focus on aligning our initiatives and investments around core business objectives, and I am proud of the cross functional alignment we have driven through this work. I acknowledge we have gone through a lot of change with the shift in our market, and I know that has not been easy on Loopers. I will continue to do my best to keep leadership and the wider organization aligned. As per your feedback, we will continue to lean in to our feedback mechanisms (e.g. Engagement/Pulse surveys, AMAs) to listen to our team, and make the necessary changes.
