This company will use and abuse you. They also outright lie because they say it's consultative sales, but it's really about hounding current, former and potential new clients nonstop, bothering them even when they tell you not to call them back.
This company does not care about their employees, and that starts at the very top corporate office and trickles down to each of their markets. The only way a manager keeps their job is if they treat their employees like trash. Company is more concerned with how many calls you make per day than the quality of the call or meeting. Metrics are important, but at some point you need quality over quantity. It's alone is why I stopped looking into management roles- because I'm a nice human.
