As an IC engineer, I've been regularly provided with hard problems that need to be solved. I deeply enjoy the work that I do and have a healthy balance with home life. I also appreciate the effort to engage me in being compensated fairly. I genuinely feel set up to do the best work of my career, so I'm just optimistic about what I can deliver in the future.

This is the first US company I've worked for, so it's hard to have a good read on which traits are Loom-specific and what's the norm for a US, VC-backed tech company. All in all, I'm very happy with where I'm working.
