Pros
The off hours schedule isn't as crazy as other performance organizations giving you ample weeknight and weekend time to enjoy life.
Kontras
Poor management, lack of respect for employees and their accomplishments. Management was more interested in "What could have been done", "what should have been done" vs. giving a little appreciation for what WAS done. The main guy (I won't name him) is full of himself even though he can't produce a single decent show.
