Management seems to care about its employees, Flexible dress code Social events

Company is growing at a rate faster than management seems to be able to revise processes. This leaves many processes inefficient for the number of employees it currently has.

Thank you for sharing your experience, we love our flexible dress code too! It allows our employees to not only be comfortable during the work day, but also express their own individuality. We understand that with our large growth in size over the past decade can come some growing pains. We are working to improve our processes for the future.

Pros

Nearly everyone at the company is kind and helpful. The room for growth is there if you take it. Company culture is the best I have seen in Cincinnati.

Kontras

Disconnect between departments. Major improvements needed in workflows and processes. Sometimes it does not pay off to work harder than others here.
