Pros
There was always a willingness by the team to get along and get the job done. I worked with some fantastic people there, many now who have left unfortunately. With a new direction and board, I hope that the company can improve and move forward.

Only until the last five years HR has decided to implement a feedback and objective policy within the company. The perks aren't that great in terms of bonus, pension and other benefits. This is leveraged by a higher starting salary. As you can tell most of the reviews from the people in Shanghai show that they do not like the management from the UK. That's if you can understand their reviews which is difficult at best. In terms of learning and development there was limited opportunities while I was there but I hope this has now changed.
