- Consistent workload so you somewhat know what to expect each workday

- Upper management constantly makes workflow decisions that don't always benefit the employees. When receiving feedback, it's never actually put to any use. - Untrained PMAMs constantly asking for help or not knowing how a process works leading to constant education and time away from my workload. These education gaps were always mentioned to upper management but nothing has ever been done.
