Thank you for your feedback and for the time you spent with us. Logical Position provides a PTO policy that is substantially equivalent to paid sick time laws in all of our operating states. We decided years ago to combine sick days and vacation days to allow employees to use these days in whichever way works best for them. Over the years we have increased the initial amount of PTO given and are currently up to nearly 3 weeks in year one which increases every year an employee is with us. We are happy to hear you enjoyed the culture and work-life balance and wish you well in your future endeavors.
