Don't let the good reviews by managers fool you.. They are going to attract you with how great the culture is and other BS. But in reality, the culture is not going to pay your bills.
You are cold calling about 60 people a day that are getting anywhere from 3-4 of the same calls from "Google Premier Partners" all day, most which will not hear you out because you are trying to sell them something. You will be called a telemarketer, scammer, etc. You have to hit quota within like 3 months of being there and if you don't they will put you on a performance improvement plan (PIP). They will say its not a big deal, but pretty much after 30 days they could fire you if you don't make a sale. Or if you're a good looking girl they might extend it to another 30. No job security.
As a digital marketing specialist, you are pretty much a glorified appointment setter. The money they say you will make is not the truth. That's if you hit quota every cycle, and I can tell you right, most people DO NOT. You will be bringing home around 600-700 every two weeks.... They will also mentioned there is room for growth, but that is hardly the case.
Commission structure and pay is such BS, and you only get commission if you hit quota. If you have commission, and do not it quota next cycle, you do not receive it.
Management knows you are replaceable. that's why the turnover rate is so high. After a month there you see whats really happening.
After two months there, I was one of the most tenured people.....
Music can get very annoying.
Most workers are looking for others jobs while doing this one.
This job is fine if you are down to call 60 people a day and are not paying rent or big bills. Just know you will not make much money. Its entry level sales for a reason and you are sooo replaceable in their eyes its sad.
