-Roles have VERY rigid expectations (to be expected) but with no wiggle room -If you don’t meet sales goals after a certain time period you’re terminated -Not much grace given in that regard if you’re in an extenuating circumstance. -If you can meet goals after whatever happened it’s not a problem.
