The company has no direction and no strategy. VPs and Directors all push their own agenda and visions of the future of the product. There is no single strategy for the future. Priorities constantly shift based on whoever has Leadership's attention and good ideas to make actual improvements are ignored. In the end, 90% of the improvements and enhancements fail and the customers are getting more and more frustrated. Engineering ignores product requirements and designs and just build what they want. The company has always lagged behind their competitors, and it is only getting worse.
For years, the company nearly doubled in size every year, now it is starting to contract as people leave or are laid off. They will likely continue to limp along, but without some serious restructuring the company will just stagnate until is is acquired for pennies in a year or two.
