Pros

Allowed to put down work after the end of the day. Onboarding with HR and IT was great. The community groups that promote diversity and inclusion are a nice part of the culture.

Kontras

Senior management in the engineering department is completely unsympathetic and often treat people in dehumanizing ways. You are expected to be productive and understand the product immediately after starting, but they don’t tell you all that much about it in the interview process and their training materials are subpar. The scrum style used is draining and feels like working on an assembly line. Management lies about workplace flexibility and doesn’t accommodate for timezone differences.
