Full focus on squeezing every last penny out of clients and employees, to the point where long-time relationships with high-value customers are being jeopardized because Loftware is insisting on driving all their on-prem clients to the (more expensive and restrictive) cloud because it pleases the shareholders. The focus of this company is no longer on providing a great product that wins because it is the best and its people believe in it. The focus of this company is on maximizing every last fraction of a cent. If that's the kind of environment you thrive in, go for it.
