No management,abusive language at work. harassment of the employees. Company has a strategy to hire employees for two months in a lower pay scale as it was probation period and then fire them. They dont care about there employees. And employees arr not allowed to talk and discuss anything in office. They don't pay salaries on time. If anyone desperately wants to join an organisation then also don't go for it. They are mannerless people..its a very bad company. They talk nonsense about their employees.
