Close-minded & Corrupted Hierarchy - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Locobuzz: Mitarbeiterbewertung

There is nothing but cons of working at this company, the people go behind your back to talk and gossip, it is unsafe and it's similar to working with a bunch of 5-year-olds who do not know what they're doing. They fire people left, right and center and do not appreciate creativity, they're going to hire you for something else and then fire you because of some other role that you weren't even hired for. Nitin is a very nice person though. Apart from him, I'd really recommend you do not join the company until and unless you know how to play games as well. There's corporate corruption, to say the least. Favoritism and being the boss's pet is the key to survive here.
