Management exploits labor and steals money from bartenders. Bartenders do twice the as much labor as everyone else in FOH. Bartenders and servers make the same amount in tip pool (10 pts) REGARDLESS OF HOURS WORKED. Meaning you will make the same amount of tips for the evening (exp $250 for a dinner shift) if you work 12 hours as someone who worked 7 hours. There is no barback. Management is in violation of the 80/20 labor law rule. Management refuses to change tip distribution to hourly. They would rather exploit people who work more hours than have a fair tip system.
