      The Pay, Culture, Benefits, Bonus Gifts and Schedule are the only pros I can think of.

      Kontras

      There are many cons but poor Training, Management, Unclear Expectations and Poor Support are the top ones that come to mind.

      Pros

      I've worked for Local Search Group in a variety of capacities over the past 12 years. Throughout this time, I have always been presented with opportunities for growth, chances to expand my skill set and flexibility to adjust as my current season of life may have changed.

      Kontras

      Not a con in my opinion, but it could be for some - you do have to be self led and self managed. There is no babysitting or micromanaging taking place. Do your job and do it well and everything else falls into place.
