Pros
Nothing really, flexable schedule and cusual work clothes I guess. Can't say to much positively about Lobos Management and Ron Sobol.
Kontras
They make you drive around all day with gas or mile reinbursment. Managers give appointments to the consultants each day so it's more of a popularity contest than anything else. They don't like paying benefits so they'll let people go right before probation ends. I had an average amount of rentals but it didn't matter when they let me go. I've heard the owner yell at the top of his lungs at tenants who were late on rent. Very unprofessional.
