Thank you for your review of LoadUp. We certainly don't take feedback of this caliber lightly. Everyone is entitled to their opinion of the company and we respect the review you've posted here. First, to address the "fake reviews". Glassdoor's algorithm and review process does not allow multiple reviews from the same person. They also do not allow reviews to be posted by Executive/Senior Management staff. If they find either, they're removed by Glassdoor. This same logic applies to the review site Yelp. Their algorithm does not allow paid or fake reviews. Having said that, we have not and do not create reviews ourselves. We have no need to. We service over 400 customers per day and they review our services in real-time following their service completion. Yes, sometimes service does go awry for various reasons which lead to a poor customer experience. We do everything within our power to correct these issues. One thing we certainly do not do is generate fake reviews or even delete poor reviews. Poor Management/Communication- I'm sincerely sorry that you felt this way during your time at LoadUp. Without knowing exactly which department you worked in it is hard to identify where the shortfall might be. Having said that, we will certainly address this review internally amongst management. Underpay- Again, I'm not sure which department you worked in here at LU but our minimum entry salary is 36K plus bonus opportunity monthly. We also provide a $250/month employee expense stipend. Advancement- LU has grown 100% Year over Year. Our staff doubled from January 2020 to January 2021. With the doubling of staff, we had a number of employees advance into management roles that did not previously exist. However, I understand that this growth is potentially not as quick as some would like when starting out. If we did a poor job of communicating the expectations for both Salary and Advancement, then I truly apologize. In regard to your Pros, I'm not sure this is an accurate depiction. Yes, we have free snacks and drinks, we also do monthly outings when goals are hit, paid community service opportunities, an employee recognition program that includes going to our company Braves game seats, Annual Lake Day where we shut down our office and take our entire company to Lake Lanier, Open and collaborative environment, 401k 4% match, Health/Dental/Vision benefits etc... Again, I sincerely apologize that things did not go as planned working here at LoadUp. However, I do feel some of what you said needs to be corrected with true facts.
