NEVER WORK HERE!!! In sales you are brainwashed on how to sell. All it is.. is a numbers game and iff you don't perform they let you go. When you are hired you are promised 12-15% commission on inbound calls. After your first week on the phone you are changed to outbound. 90% of the people don't answer their phone or hang up on you. The calls are recycled so within a couple days you will be calling the same customers again. Then lets talk about pay. You finally get a sale, the credit card goes through and you are promised $100 commission. However when pay day comes around you are told the payment was "rejected" and therefore you will never see your commission. BUT... remember the day you made the sale, ran the credit card and it was approved? Payroll doesn't. Also, there are tons of H.R. and compliance violations here. Its only a matter of time before unsecured bank information is stolen and the company goes under. If you like to make 300 outbound calls a day, talk to 3 people, scam one of them into a crocked contract and not get paid for any of it... this is the company for you!
