I love working at Livescale first and foremost because of my co-workers. I love everyone’s personalities and it’s very validating to feel like I can ask others for help since I’m new. Another reason is that Livescale is really flexible with my schedule. I have a busy schedule outside of my 9-5 work time and Livescale is very open and supportive.
Kontras
At every start-up, you have to be a team player and at times there will be tasks that aren’t exactly in your role. I always try my best to take on what I can and be honest about what I can’t handle. So far, everyone has been very accommodating and I’m not ever made to feel bad or guilty for saying “this isn’t in my wheelhouse” and I very much appreciate that.
