Not a good recommendation from me on this one! Based on mine and some other people experience, they are clearly selecting who is taking the jobs which clearly doesn't make them transparent and they are unable to proof us that their are fair. Furthermore, since joining this agency I have only been assigned to a job in Wollongong in June 2025, and to find out that nobody else was willing to apply because they don't pay travel expenses. Considering that it as required a significant travel from Sydney, Hills Shire area all the way to Wollongong yiu would expect some travel compensation and **no additional compensation was provided** — since June 2025 up to this moment it's been over 6 months where I have applied for **hundreds of shifts** without being selected a single time. This includes **urgent short-notice shifts**, to which I have consistently responded immediately and with confirmed availability, yet I have still not been allocated any work. Through discussions with colleagues across multiple events, it has become apparent that **this concern is shared by others**, raising serious questions regarding the transparency and fairness of the staff selection process at this agency. Considering that my profile on their website has everything needed and all the information they have requested is there based on my extensive experience over 20+ years, I am actually being very busy for work from other reputable agencies.
