We have recently changed the pay structure to place more of a focus on customer service, however all our team members still receive above the National Minimum Wage, and we are currently reviewing our rota structures to create a better work-life balance for our team members. It's really important to us to recognise loyal service, which we reward from 10 years upwards with a certificate and gift.
