Nothing is Good in this company, No Work life balance, No Retention policy, Bunch of kids in HR team who easily gets Angry and Aggressive on asking queries. Too many acquisitions for which too too much workload. No joining Bonus, 300 rupees for Night shift allowance.. HAHAHA No pick-up/drop facilities, NO employee retention policy, NO proper growth of employees. Kindly contact/get in touch with former employees before joining Litera. You will get the clear picture.
