Great Comps i.e. healthcare, vision and dental. Free lunch. Freed drinks (including coffee) The company had a open culture in the beginning allow direct access to the leader ship creating an innovating environment where people felt ownership. A lot of good people.
Kontras
Some leaders did not understand the open culture and were unable to learn soft skills and good leadership. Instead they used bad behavior to run their personnel creating fear in the work place and resulted in lack of feedback and innovation. These folks caused in my opinion a lot of damage to the initial culture and should have been delft with.
