Incompetent managers. Hires over the past couple of years in Quality and Manufacturing Engineering have been extremely poor and given us incompetent workers. For this quality has suffered. Complaints have been ignored. Fear about what management is doing and why so many issues aren't being addressed. The lack of proper training, management is more interested in shipping it then making sure its right,
