Key employee benefits such as performance bonuses, leave encashment, and severance pay were reportedly withheld. Policies like leave management and notice periods were often altered without proper notice or consistency, leading to confusion and dissatisfaction among the workforce. Such practices raise serious concerns about organizational stability, transparency, and ethical treatment of employees.
