Unfortunately the pillars Linde go by are false. When I spoke up about wrongful doing through proper channels as Linde advises I was blind sighted with the retaliation I received. Any crazy request my manager and the new director of healthcare Canada (who is a poor fit ) she is very two faced, and when I was 1:1 with her helping out when my manager was on vacation, and meeting all expectations she was good. When she’s with other senior managers she would show a different side. One day they labeled a meeting as a follow up (blind sighted again) once I logged on someone from HR I never heard about was on the call and my manager letting me know I was being terminated. I met my manager the same day and dropped my company property off. There were no warning letters, I’ve always been a high performer so when asking for feedback HR mentioned there was no cause and they are going in a different direction. This was all due to reporting a director who was abusive. This was the retaliation I faced. They also let go of a few senior HR partners as well (same week). I’ll
