Very nice products and even sometimes you can use the demo kits to train yourself on the devices to get an in-depth understanding of every product. On the other hand, this is for fast learners, and if you lack in that, you will fall behind pretty fast.

There is a few cons, the training is ok, but it can definitely be worked out. Communication between each team can either be delayed or sometimes just read upon.
