Salary on time, Good Leaves policy- but don't get carry forwarded.

System and process is pathetic, favoritsm. Higher Management is not approachable. Everyone just want to create hurdles rather than making the process smooth for better transition and functioning. People are just over burdened by the tasks, no professionalism as such. No work life balance, you will have to work on your planned holidays also.
