Pros

Founder and CEO are good and inspiring. Salary on time

Kontras

Bad culture in Pre-K PreSales division. If one is in the Operations team, he/she would be happy in the organization. I'll tempered topline in Pre-Sales. Unrealistic targets. Bad politics. No weekends, Late VCs and Conference calls which are aimed to only humiliate and threaten Sales managers. Zonal sales managers are puppets. No support from the HR. Their HR is aware of the tyranny, but turn a blind eye...highly ineffective After working hard to get a new client for a franchise, there is NO support from superiors to get the sign-up case approved..it's all on the sales manager..! At the end of the day, the effort goes in vain. Such cases where client paid money and agreed to sign up but rejected by the Ops team are not even counted in Sales Manager Target achievement or incentives. Highest resignations in Pre-Sales team..Highest in the industry I would say. New joiners leave in 1-2 months..! If u manage to complete 6 months, count yourself lucky!

Pros

only pro - Growth opportunities tend to favor employees who maintain close alignment with senior leadership, especially within pre-sales roles. Success in the organization often depends on navigating internal dynamics, which may provide short-term career visibility and advancement.

Kontras

The role involves sustained extreme pressure with limited structural support and little tolerance for performance fluctuations. Expectations may change without corresponding adjustments in resources, leaving employees responsible for outcomes beyond their control. Performance management practices can feel opaque, and feedback channels are not always perceived as safe or effective. This may create an environment where employees feel vulnerable, undervalued, and uncertain about long-term prospects. High stress levels, limited work-life balance, and perceived lack of organizational support contribute to frequent burnout and turnover risk.
