Ok I guess - Production Specialist bei Lightera: Mitarbeiterbewertung

First off The Union sucks and have no power at all anymore the middle managers/supervisors don’t do anything at all and don’t appreciate the workers and they are not knowledgeable , Job can be stressful with supervisors micromanaging you All day and pressing you about production without considering circumstances! Horrible attendance point system! Micromanagement and cameras everywhere feels like prison and you have to tip toe around just to go to the restroom!!!!!
