Pros
Basic benefits package and some professional growth opportunities.
Kontras
They really hone in on the "corporate structure with a family-owned company feel", which should have been a red flag from the beginning. Upper management often had their own hidden agendas and unspoken expectations that they would use as ammunition when it benefited them.
The restructure of the department was executed poorly and as it stands now, everyone I started with in marketing is no longer with the company. LiftOne / Weisiger Group has a tendency of putting you on a performance improvement plan and gaslighting you into thinking you're the problem, or eliminating your position entirely. One does not go from getting an "outstanding" review with the highest percentage raise the company could offer, to being put on a PIP in less than 3 months.
I could go on and on about the psychological manipulation and emotional abuse management put me and others through, but you probably get the point. Overall, it is not a company you want to work for if you're looking for job stability and positive self-worth.
