Full disclosure - I currently work here and therefore stand to benefit from good reviews. However I’ve not been prompted or requested by my manager or anyone else to write this review.
It’s a great place to work. I feel like part of a family here. We all work well together and anything that might threaten this cohesive fabric is dealt with as a priority. We play together too and it makes work a social and enjoyable experience.
Kontras
The financial services industry is tough at the moment and Lifestyle is facing some of the same challenges as any other firm in this space, with regulatory upheaval and uncertainty. There’s a lot of change to cope with but I don’t think that’s unique to this organisation, and the right people will thrive amongst it.
