Pros
Small intimate crew who genuinely cares about the growth and development of one another. Work really well together as a team. Challenging at times since we are a small crew, but we always manage to get it done and quickly. Senior has an open door policy - their doors are always open throughout the day and are extremely approachable - even if you don't want to chat about work! They care about their employees more than anything, and make work fun and flexible. Highly recommend.
