worked at LifeQuotes as a sales agent, and the biggest issue I experienced was the structure of the job itself. The commission targets were set at levels that felt nearly impossible to reach, especially given the kind of leads we were provided. Most of the leads I received were cold, not warm, and that made hitting quotas very unrealistic. The lack of reliable lead support combined with the pressure of commission-only expectations created an extremely difficult environment.
