We strive to recognize our employees' contributions through various means to include: the annual Challenge award, the employee recognition program, the Bill Anderson Innovation and Excellence awards, monthly service awards, the Movers and Shakers in LifeNotes, and the holiday gift cards. We also teach our new managers about our programs to ensure they take the time to recognize their people for a job well done. However, we can always do more to reinforce this message. LifeNet Health is a unique business and it is our goal to promote employees from within who understand the industry and our business. We ask that all managers ensure that every employee has a professional development plan to support employees in expanding their knowledge, skills and abilities.
