I am a new employee and already notice the favouritism management displays to certain employees. Internal job postings don't always require an interview as managment already have in mind who they want for the position. Unless u kiss management butt you will not go far within the company! I know I haven't been properly trained, short cuts are taken all the time, site leads cannot lead!
