      Disney Codeillusion: Enchanted was one of the most innovative coding education products to exist. Every team member was top-tier in their role and a pleasure to work with.

      Failure to allocate resources to the Product Development team and dependency on overseas engineers due to a poorly managed codebase led to significant issues with scaling and feature development. Breakdowns in communication at the senior leadership level resulted in abrupt, wide-scale changes and therefore a severe negative impact on team morale and direction.

      Life is Tech! USA is an amazing company to work for! While technically a start up in the USA, there is incredible support from Life is Tech in Japan and the USA branch is growing rapidly! The Life is Tech! USA team is collaborative and mission-driven! They really focus on maximizing each learner’s unique potential by partnering with schools and districts across the country to provide meaningful and purposeful computer science and coding curriculum to students. They’re changing the narrative in how we teach students computer science and coding! I feel so supported and valued by leadership in the company and new ideas are always welcomed!
