- Get paid weekly - Depends on circumstance but you get a decent amount of hours (8 hour shifts)

- Head of facility operations was apathetic and do not care about employee well being and personal life. - When co-worker requested to change schedule due to overlapping with school schedule, head of facility operations insisted he/she to "put in her 2 weeks' - Minimum 8 hour shifts with only 30 minutes of lunch break. No rest break. - Strict and inflexible schedule. - Many employees only stay for a short time and quit right away

They don’t pay anything, and the CEO should honestly be ashamed. If employees were paid properly, there wouldn’t be so much drama and tension in the workplace. Communication is terrible because management doesn’t even seem to care — probably because they’re getting crumbs too. Spa management was dreadful, and the demotion was necessary. How do you fail to have people booked during major holidays when the money and clientele are clearly there? There was no structure, no leadership, and no motivation for employees to succeed. Having a successful spa for 3 years and coming into this environment I was not impressed. No growth, no support, no appreciation. Loved the members tho! And S/O to Leemar, Virgil and Dr. Hayden love them down!
