Pros

Very positive, and driven energy especially from new people, and then of course people making great commission. The right people are great to work with. I would say front line workers in all departments are the most pleasant to be around.

Majority of leadership and upper management has $$$$$$ for eyeballs. Money drives this company. Sales and numbers. But they do an excellent job of hiding that behind the mask of "Helping the members." Don't get me wrong, the products and a lot of the testing and things like that really do work. But anyone who has "made it" in this company, has made it by putting the member's needs 2nd, and the money first. That is the only way to climb the ladder.

They don’t pay anything, and the CEO should honestly be ashamed. If employees were paid properly, there wouldn’t be so much drama and tension in the workplace. Communication is terrible because management doesn’t even seem to care — probably because they’re getting crumbs too. Spa management was dreadful, and the demotion was necessary. How do you fail to have people booked during major holidays when the money and clientele are clearly there? There was no structure, no leadership, and no motivation for employees to succeed. Having a successful spa for 3 years and coming into this environment I was not impressed. No growth, no support, no appreciation. Loved the members tho! And S/O to Leemar, Virgil and Dr. Hayden love them down!
