No appropriate absence management system resulting manager having to cover all absences regardless of personal life.
Over time hours in lieu can not be taken by choice they are forced upon employees when it is suitable for the management.
Expected to be available to work 24/7 and expected to resolve issues with opening, closing and alarm call outs at stores without pay, during holidays, days off or in the night after finishing a 10-12 hour shift.
Poor health and safety due to unrealistic time contestants, health and safety and welfare checks from upper management become tick box exercises.
