We need to do the typesetting, are we supposed to wait for you? - often ignore your workload, and then question why you haven't finished everything on time - The one responsible for giving ideas and a non-Hong Kong designer are very rude and often try to demonstrate that they are smarter than everyone else, but none of the pitches succeed. It's too childish, act like adults. I can't see their intelligence shining through.
