      Good friendly co-workers and good work location

      Not able to be focus on technology transformation, management team completely clueless and confuse with transformation strategy. Future of the business is questionable, as recent retrenchment was badly manage...human resource transparency is unclear on retrenchment payout and benefit. Not a recommended company to join for career advancement.

      Pros

      Interesting work and competent engineers. The office is casual and everyone is very friendly. Management is generally competent and reasonable. Very lax in terms of work-life balance, Lexmark generally trusts their engineers to get tasks completed but don't need you to be there 9-5 M-F.
