Pros

Some genuinely talented and kind coworkers who try to make the best of a difficult environment.

Kontras

Don’t be fooled by the positive reviews, many are misleading. This workplace is driven by fear, not leadership. The “client” calls all the shots, and top leadership is too afraid to stand up or make real decisions. It’s a yes-man culture where growth and independent thinking are discouraged. The environment feels like high school, full of cliques and a mean-girl mentality. There’s little to no transparency, and most employees are constantly worried about job security. Decisions are made behind closed doors, often without logic or fairness. There is no real DEI — any mention of diversity, equity, and inclusion is quickly swept under the rug. It’s clear they don’t care about hiring diverse candidates, and if you are diverse, you’re often treated differently. Benefits are hyped up as premium, but they’re just average, used more as bait than real value. If you’re looking to grow, learn, or feel supported in your role, this isn’t the place. There are far better companies out there with stronger leadership, better culture, and more honest values.

Pros

The coffee machine in the break room somehow never broke down, which was genuinely the most reliable part of working there.

Kontras

Nothing was ever where anyone said it would be — no one knew what happened to files, who was supposed to do what, processes kept changing without notice or sometimes changed back without explaining why. I'd get three different answers to the same question depending on who I asked, and half the time those people didn't even talk to each other about their own departments. Meetings would happen to discuss what the last meetings decided, and new procedures would show up that contradicted the old ones by the next day. It was like watching someone build a machine while actively dismantling it at the same time. The disorganization wasn't just inefficient, it actually made the simplest tasks take twice as long because you had to figure out the process before you could even start the work.
