Whether one is fresh from college or has been a working professional for decades, they offer a fair chance of entering, growing, and leading in the organization. Its Korean headquarters is steady and supportive. The Philippine branch is prospering because it has the country's most amazing talents and brains (and egoless, to boot!). They have a China office that will most likely wow Asia in the next few years. Other offices are set to be established, so it's an exciting time to be in and stay with this company. I could only hope for the best for Lexcodians because that's what they truly deserve.
