My experience at LexOrbis was disappointing due to a combination of poor management practices and an unhealthy work culture. There is an extreme level of micromanagement at multiple levels of the hierarchy, leaving little room for professional autonomy or independent decision-making.
Training and mentorship for junior professionals are inadequate, yet expectations remain consistently high. Instead of fostering learning and development, the environment often feels focused on monitoring output rather than building skills. As a result, growth opportunities can be limited, particularly for those looking to develop analytical, drafting, and strategic legal abilities.
The office culture can be difficult to navigate, with shouting, public criticism, and personal remarks often being normalized. Professional disagreements are not always handled constructively, which contributes to a stressful work environment.
