Peer group is amazing, Most of them are from IITs, NITs and BITS.

If you go through the reviews, you could easily identify the fake ones posted by HR and Marketing. Lets list down the cons: 1. Untimely salary - If you have worked with reputed employers before, and are used to getting your salary on time, I would request you not to come here. Salaries are almost never paid on time. In some cases, people's salary are delayed by a month or so. 2. Lack of direction and leadership. Every year they start working on a new idea which seems to them that it would make them next billion dollar unicorn. 3. Unethical Practices - The company is a fraud and indulges in all sorts of illegal practices. Almost every software used in the company is pirated. 4. Wrong Information on Website - 80+ enterprise clients, 500+ successful engagements - Really?? 25000+ software license managed - I never knew we did software license management. For a company that is using pirated Windows and Office, what kind of software license management they can do?? 200+ legal & technology experts - At the best of times, the company was no larger than 50 people. How could they even claim 200+ experts!! 5. Unexplained Firing - People can be fired for calling ex-employees in their marriage which was not liked by Management!! How low can someone go!! 6. Full and Final Settlement - FnF settlement never happens on time. In the past, there have been cases who have stopped pursuing FNF because of their apathy. The HR claims that FnF are processed in 45 days maximum, However, I know people who left in March and are still waiting for their FnF. 7. No Defined Role - Team is sometimes staffed on Management's personal project. Am I suppose to work for the company or the management's children project?

Where do I start.. let's make a short list: 1. Employees get fired all the time with no good reason. 2. Full n Final settlements are rarely processed on time. 3. bonuses, compensation and appraisal metrics can change at any given time and without notice. 4. The company has no direction. Products and processes can change every week with the whims and fancies of promoters. the whole focus is on buying talent rather than developing anything in house. 5. Top brass has no core industry experience and it shows. 6. Plenty of shady practices are routine - you'll see people who dont work here listed on linkedin as being employees.. and then you'll also see people physically working who are not supposed to be working here. 7. even the company name is a fluid concept.. sometimes it is geiper, sometimes lexinnova, sometimes its li consulting.. 8. processes and measurements have been taken to the extreme.. they are obsessed with becoming a BPO. 9. esops are offered but there exists no documentation or grant documents that certify that you have a share.. so no legitimacy.. plus there seems to be no visible point in time when those will be worth anything at all.. 10. banned from at least one IIT for delaying or canceling campus offers. there you have it. an honest review... not like any of these other reviews that obviously have the HR's pawprints all over them.
