I feel that our bonus plans are structured and well conceived, and I feel that our managers are very conscientious about ensuring that each employee understands their compensation program. For the record, we expect all of our managers and employees to treat each other in a professional and respectful manner. Rudeness and disrespectful behavior are not tolerated for anyone under any circumstances.
