Pros
In the past they had wonderful company benefits like company parties and generous pto. They have relaxed their ridiculous dress code which has been a bonus.

After yet another round of layoffs in less than 2 1/2 years this company has no clue. Exec team continues to get bonuses while they lay off the people doing the real work. Those in charge don't value the working class and still have exec assts getting lunches, breakfasts and making personal appointments. However-the company is now down to one EA but fights to keep up appearances of a solvent company. Good luck to the new CFO in getting this company back on their feet with our exec team still taking bonuses and high salaries while the "little people" get cut. Employees are only valued if they don't question their position in this company and tow the party line on this sinking ship.
